Introduction
The nervous system's main function is to send messages to the brain so that the body can perform actions to meet the body's needs. There are two types of nervous systems, central and peripheral. Central is done by using nerve cells to recieve information about internal and external states. The information is then transfered to the brain and analyzed. After being analyzed, the brain sends messages to a certain part of the body to perform an appropriate action. Peripheral is done the same way, but unlike the central nervous system, you don't actually have to think of what you're doing.
